Traditional Bang Sakae pickled limes. We use limes grown without chemicals, specifically the yellow "lime egg" variety, which is more fragrant than common limes. They are washed, boiled, sun-dried, and this process is repeated for 7 days. Then, they are brined for 3-5 months.
