These Terms and Conditions shall apply when you access and/or use the services available at shop.lemonfarm.com. This website and domain name are managed and owned by Health Society Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).

14. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, delay, or liability arising from circumstances beyond its control.

Product Purchase Terms

15. All orders are subject to product availability and order price confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

16. You must provide a valid email address, contactable phone number, and a delivery address within Thailand when placing an order.

17. An order confirmation email constitutes acknowledgment of receipt only and does not constitute acceptance of the order. A binding agreement is formed only upon successful payment and approval by the Company.

18. While the Company endeavors to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing or payment error is identified, the Company will notify you and allow you to reconfirm or cancel the order. If contact cannot be made, the order will be canceled and any payment made will be refunded in full.

19. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Please refer to product descriptions for accurate details.

20. The Company reserves the right to modify prices, product descriptions, services, and promotional offers at its sole discretion at any time.

21. The Company does not guarantee that:

a) Online prices match in-store prices;
b) Online promotions are identical to in-store promotions;
c) Discounted products online are also discounted in-store.

22. The Company reserves the right to correct errors, update information, and refuse orders arising from inaccurate or incomplete data.

23. All prices include applicable VAT.

24. Discount codes may be issued periodically and are subject to specified terms and validity periods.

25. Delivery services are provided by third-party providers.

26.If you are unable to be present to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, you must arrange for a person aged 20 years or older to accept the goods on your behalf. You agree that any instructions provided by such person shall be deemed as your own instructions. The Company shall have no obligation to verify whether such person has been duly authorized by you to receive the goods on your behalf.

The delivery service provider shall not be permitted to deliver the goods without obtaining a recipient’s signature. In the event that delivery cannot be completed as scheduled, you shall be responsible for any additional charges incurred for re-delivery.

27. Upon receipt of the goods, you are responsible for inspecting the products, the condition of the packaging, and the quantity delivered to ensure accuracy. You must sign the proof of delivery to confirm that the goods have been received in proper condition.

If any issues or discrepancies are identified, you must promptly provide detailed information of such issues to the customer service team via the website, so that appropriate assistance and resolution can be arranged.

28.Orders cannot be canceled after payment confirmation.

29. Returns and refunds are subject to the Company’s Return Policy.

30. All content on the website, including text, graphics, trademarks, and software, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
