This sustainable honey harvesting method involves taking only a portion of the honeycomb, leaving the queen bee and larvae in the hive to continue growing. This fosters a reliance on and shared responsibility for the conservation of the forest, perpetuating a sustainable way of life.

Honey crystallization occurs naturally with real and raw honey.

Crystallization is a natural process in pure honey, caused by the natural balance of glucose and fructose in nectar from various flowers. Crystallized honey is safe to eat. To return it to liquid form, place the bottle in warm water and let it sit until the crystals dissolve.

Sediment found at the bottom of the container is pollen, which is naturally found in wild honey.

• For better sleep: 1 tsp. honey with warm water/milk
• For soothing a sore throat: 1 tsp. honey + 1 tsp. lemon juice + pinch of salt + 1 cup warm water
• For healthy intestines: 1 tsp. honey with yogurt
