Organic Riceberry Rice 1 kg

Riceberry rice is a hybrid rice variety obtained from a cross between Hom Mali 105 white jasmine rice and Hom Nin black jasmine rice. This results in a dark purple, almost black, long-grain jasmine rice with a fragrant aroma and a sticky, soft texture. It contains twice the protein of jasmine rice and is rich in antioxidants, anthocyanins, beta-carotene, iron, copper, Omega-3, vitamin A, and high levels of folate, making it suitable for pregnant women.
