1. Use a Nhamwa banana, sliced in half.
2. Use a glass to flatten the banana.
3. Place almonds on top.
4. Bake in an air fryer
160 °C for 20 minutes
5. Serve on a plate, drizzled with peanut butter.
6. Sprinkle perilla seeds for added Omega-3.
• Healthy Banana Cake
1. Mash 1½ ripe bananas thoroughly.
2. Add 1 egg and a pinch of salt.
3. Add coconut nectar.
4. Add 100ml milk and 2 tablespoons oats.
